OCEC Operations Update
Operations Update May 7, 2020
Okanogan County Electric Cooperative and Okanogan County Energy are continuing to work to provide you with our essential services per Governor Inslee’s COVID-19 directive. We are operating with additional health and safety protocols in place.
Our front office is still closed to the public for walk-in communication.
At this time the electrical engineering department has begun limited construction projects please contact our office for details (509) 996-2228 during business hours.
Propane delivery and service are in operation, call (509) 996-2228 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Because we understand that many of our members will be facing potential financial hardship due to closed businesses and self-quarantine measures, we are temporarily waiving delinquent fees and pausing all disconnects for non-payment. Your usage and balance owing will continue to accrue so we do encourage members to pay what you can to avoid a large bill in the future.
During business hours our office staff is available to discuss individual payment arrangements and take payments over the phone.
At this time our office is staffed Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm, closed Fridays.
